Andrea Clegg, DMD Grassland
Dr. Andrea Clegg’s passion for dentistry began at a very young age through her mother’s dental practice in Fairfield, California. This led her to attend the University of California at Davis with a degree in Biological Sciences, and after a short stent in San Francisco, the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. A fabulous opportunity to move to the great city of Nashville and to transition into solo practice then led Dr. Clegg to relocate to Tennessee. A member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association and the Nashville Dental Society, she also regularly volunteers her time at the Interfaith Dental Clinic in downtown Nashville. In her free time, Dr. Clegg enjoys practicing yoga, hiking with her dog Mylo, surfing, snowboarding, and travel.
Ashley Costello, DDS Cedar Grove
A native of Murfreesboro, Dr. Ashley Costello attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, and went on to earn her dental degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2014. She recently moved back home and has joined our practice. She participates in dental mission trips and also volunteers with the Dentistry from the Heart and Hope Smiles organizations. In her spare time, Dr. Costello enjoys running, shopping, and spending time with her dog and cat, Bonzo and Cooper.
Dr. Schennel Field-Pollard, DMD Antioch
Hailing from the beautiful tropical Caribbean isles, Dr. Field-Pollard has called Nashville her home since age eleven. Upon completing her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University, she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Louisville. Dr. Field-Pollard moved to New York to complete her dental residency where she was then promoted to Chief Resident. In her spare time, she participates in mission trips and travels the world. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is particularly fond of her dogs, Romeo and Rocco. Dr. Field-Pollard treats her patients with the utmost care and respect, and believes it is important patients are comfortable and laughing in the dental chair, as it is vital to creating healthy, lifelong, beautiful smiles.
Lauren Fields, DMD Westhaven
Dr. Lauren Fields grew up in rural America; Paintsville, Kentucky to be exact! She earned her Bachelor’s in Biology/Chemistry at Morehead State University before attending dental school at the University of Louisville. A member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Association of Women Dentists, Dr. Fields strongly believes in mission work/outreach programs and giving back. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, rock climbing, and kayaking, and she also has a passion for fashion and interior design.
Johnna Hayman, DMD Franklin
Dr. Johnna Hayman was born and raised in rural Indiana and even attended undergrad at Indiana University in Bloomington. She went on to her earn her dental degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. After spending a decade in Chicago, Dr. Hayman now calls Franklin her forever home where she practices at midTNdentistry. She stays involved locally and loves being part of the Southern Women’s Dental Study Club and serving her community through the Brentwood Baptist Medical Dental Unit. Outside of the office, Dr. Hayman enjoys lots of family time with her husband and two young sons, William and Boden.
She loves seeing patients of all ages, and her whole team is dedicated to making dental visits a positive experience for everyone, including kids and those with dental anxiety. They offer all the latest technology and services, but take pride in creating a comfortable environment and working to address each patient's individual needs, concerns, and approach to achieving healthy, beautiful smiles.
Sara B. Northcutt, DDS Franklin
Dr. Sara Northcutt completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Mississippi before attending the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where she graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. In 2004, she opened her first practice, Sara Northcutt Dentistry and Westhaven Dentistry followed that opening in 2008. Dr. Northcutt is a member of many professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Nashville Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and the Franklin Chamber of Commerce. She currently lives in Franklin with her husband, Dee, and their two children, Rebecca Taylor and Brawner.
Maggie Pitts, DMD Cedar Grove
Dr. Maggie Pitts grew up in a suburb just north of Birmingham, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Samford University and her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. After school, Dr. Pitts moved to Tennessee in 2014, practicing in Franklin for one year before spending the last two years here in Smyrna. She now lives in Nashville with her husband, Dr. Adam Pitts and their “dog”ter Mollie. In her free time, Maggie enjoys running, cooking, going to concerts, and traveling.
William Tincher, DMD Westhaven
A native of Carlisle, Kentucky, Dr. William “B.J.” Tincher completed his undergraduate degree at Morehead State University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. Dr. Tincher went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2011. After dental school, he served as a dental officer in the United States Army where he completed a 1 Year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Fort Jackson in Columbia South Carolina, gained 6 years of clinical experience as a general dentist and practiced at the Pentagon for four years. Dr. Tincher currently resides in Franklin, TN with his wife Kari and son Gavin. Outside of the practice, he enjoys golf, baseball, UK basketball and spending time on his farm in Kentucky.
